Disable hardware acceleration in Firefox 4 beta

As the totally awesome Firefox 4 beta has moved up versions and reached beta 6, it has slowly become free of many errors. It is now what I call 'ready for everyday use'. And I'm using it as my primary browser too. As it crossed beta 5, the hardware acceleration was turned on by default.

If you are someone who is having problems with the graphics card, or the 3D acceleration is not working out pretty well and giving you choppy graphics or something, you may want to turn it off. It's just a simple change in setting.

• You just click the Firefox button in the top-left corner and choose 'Options...'
• Now, go to the Advanced section at the top and uncheck the box that says 'Use hardware acceleration where available' under the Browsing section.

• Now you're done. I'm not sure about this, but it may require closing and restarting the browser to complete.
